You can view the blueprints for all plans in PDF format (zoom in and out, rotate). Export the plans, CAD drawings and PDF files, as an Email attachment to any email address (your email, your builder, an engineer, a copy store, etc.). Print exported PDF files at a copy store or at home. View the PDF files on any computer. Have CAD skills? Modify the CAD files with any (.dwg) compatible CAD program to your liking.

By purchasing full plans at such a low price you can review and bid/estimate costs of many plans without spending hundreds of dollars for each plan. House plan web sites charge over $200 for a single bid set and over $500 for complete set of plans. If you want their CAD drawing files, the price can double again.

If you wish to modify any of the plans, you can take it to your local architect or designer. They can import the CAD files into their design program and make modifications. This will save you hundreds of dollars in design costs.
